Julien Baubigeat, founding partner of Cabinet Baubigeat, advises European and African companies, investment funds and entrepreneurs in mergers and acquisitions and financing transactions. Julien also has significant expertise in structuring joint ventures and raising funds (drafting shareholder agreements, investment agreements, liability guarantees, etc.).

 

Julien Baubigeat has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2001 and has previously worked in France and the United States as an associate and then partner for international law firms such as Haynes and Boone (Texas, USA), Linklaters, Orrick Rambaud Martel and UGGC.
